Flexible rates 2024/2025

Deposit : 50% ofthe total amount of the stay is payable on booking. The balance of the stay isdue 30 days before arrival.

Cancellation: Free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. After this period, in case of cancellation or no-show the total amount of the stay will be charged.

‍Tourist Tax: Themandatory tourist tax of 5% is not included in the rate and is to be paid at the end of the stay. There is no VAT.

‍Cancellation: The total amount for the stay is retained if canceled less than 60 days before arrival.

‍Parking : complimentary (valet service included).

‍Check-in : The villa is available from 5:00 pm.

‍Check-out : The villa must be vacated by 11:00 am at the latest. A penalty equivalent to one night's stay will be applied for any departure after this time.

‍Non-smoking Villas: Please note that all our villas are non-smoking. A cleaning fee will be charged in case of non-compliance.

*For payment of the deposit (50% or 100%, depending on the price chosen) and in the case of payment by credit card, the latter will be debited at the time of purchase, i.e. at the time of confirmation, via a secure payment link.
