Flexible rates 2024/2025

Deposit : 50% of the total amount of the stay is payable on booking. The balance is due 30 days before arrival.

Cancellation : Free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. After this period, in case of cancellation, modification orno-show, the total amount for the stay is due.

Please note that bookings of 5 rooms or more are subject to different conditions.

Prepaid rates

Deposit : 100% of the cost of the stay must be paid at the time of booking.

Cancellation or/and modification : The full amount of the stay will be retained.

General terms and conditions of sale (applicable to all rates) :

Extra charges applicable from the 3rd person in a room per night:

-Bed & Breakfast : Adult and child over 12 years : 110 € / Child 3-12 years: 90 €

Babycot : complimentary

Animal : 35 € per day excluding food

Tourist tax : The compulsory tourist tax of 5% is excluded from the rate and must be paid at the end of the stay. There is no VAT.

Parking : free (valet parking)

Check-in : The room is available from 4pm.

Check-out : The room must be vacated by 12.00 noon at the latest. A penalty of the amount of the night will be applied for any departure after this time.

Non-smoking rooms : Please note that all rooms in our hotel are non-smoking. In case of non-compliance, you will be charged for the cost of cleaning the room.

Pure Altitude Spa

Your Arrival at the Spa: We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your treatment to fully enjoy your experience. Please note that any delay to your appointment will not result in an extension of your treatment time.

Relaxationand Disconnection: The Pure Altitude Spa is a sanctuary dedicated to relaxation. We kindly ask that you turn off your mobile phones to ensure a peaceful atmosphere for all our guests.

Health Conditions: For your safety, please inform us of any health issues (heart problems, phlebitis, arthritis, ulcers, ongoing cancer treatments, etc.), allergies, orinjuries that could affect your treatment. If you are pregnant, please let us know as well.

Pregnancy: For safety reasons, we do not perform massages on pregnant women during the first trimester of pregnancy. Specific programs tailored to the needs of pregnant women are available. Please feel free to seek advice at the Spa reception.

Personal Belongings: Each massage room is equipped with baskets for storing your jewelry. However, we recommend removing all personal belongings before your visit. Please notethat the hotel declines all responsibility in case of loss or forgotten items in bathrobes.

Wellness Area: Our wellness area is exclusively reserved for hotel guests. Smoking and alcohol consumption are prohibited within these spaces.

Cancellation Policy: Prepaid treatments are non-refundable. Modifications are allowed up to 24 hours before the treatment time for a rescheduled date, subject to availability.
