These General Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter the "GTCU") describe the terms and conditions under which Compagnie de Services provides the user (hereinafter the "user") with a service for consulting and creating customized stays in its establishments (hereinafter the "Service"). Access to this Service is subject to compliance with the present legal notice. Any Internet user wishing to access the Service must have read these General Terms and Conditions of Use beforehand, and undertakes to respect them unreservedly.

In addition, La Plage reserves the right to modify the content of the site www.gypsea-beach.com at its sole discretion, at any time and without prior notice. La Plage reserves the possibility to make the Site or the services temporarily unavailable for maintenance or update procedures.

Article 7 - Information and Confidentiality
In compliance with the law of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files, and liberties, the automated processing of personal data carried out from the Internet Site www.gypsea-beach.com has been declared to the National Commission for Informatics and Liberties (CNIL). In accordance with law n° 78-17 of January 6, 1978, the user can at any time access personal information about him held by the Service Company, request their modification or deletion. Article 8 - Cooperation with public authorities
La Page has a legal obligation to cooperate with authorities wishing to conduct checks on content or the identity of service users and submits to it. Article 9 - Dispute Resolution

Article 10 - Amendments and Competent Jurisdictions
These General Terms of Use are governed by French Law and language. The user of the site www.gypsea-beach.com agrees that any dispute or grievance related to the operation of this service be resolved before a jurisdiction within the jurisdiction of the company La Plage. These General Terms of Use are likely to be modified by Gyp Sea at any time, especially in case of technical, legal or jurisprudential evolutions or when implementing new services. The user must regularly check these General Terms of Use and commits to stop immediately any use of the service in case of disapproval of these, the user being obliged to accept these General Terms of Use without reservation. The use of the service implies the acceptance by the user, of all the stipulations described by these General Terms of Use and of all the modifications that Gyp Sea could bring to it. In case of disputes or claims from the user, Gyp Sea or a third party, related to the use of the service, only the version of these General Terms of Use accessible on the site www.gypsea-beach.com will be obligatory between the parties, regardless of the date of the disputed facts. In the absence of an amicable solution, any dispute that may arise between the parties regarding the formation, execution, interpretation or termination-resolution of the Contract will be exclusively under the jurisdiction of the High Court located within the jurisdiction of Gyp Sea's head office, including in case of interim relief, request or plurality of defendants.
